Mr. H. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition in view of certain subsequent development which have arisen pursuant to filing of the writ petition. He also submitted that in the present facts, the owners of the land who are the lessors are also required to be brought on record.

¶2Accordingly, he therefore submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to re-file.

¶3Taking into account the above, this Court closes the instant writ petition on withdrawal. Liberty is given to the Petitioner to re-file by Page No.# 3/3 bringing on record the subsequent facts and if so advised, the lessors of the Petitioner's land be also made a party.
