Claimants are present along with their counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.11,50,000/- ( Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) as full and final and the insurance company is directed to deposit the aforesaid amount to the claimant No.1 in her savings account through NEFT. The claimant No.1 is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record if any. The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the insurance company. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of. JUDGE
