Mr. Bedanta Kaushik, learned counsel for the respondent, has placed on record, a copy of the order, dated 13.02.2024, by which, the case of the petitioner was considered in terms of directions passed by this Court vide order, dated 24.08.2022, passed in WP(c)4270/2022 and the same was rejected for the reasons assigned therein.

Page No.# 2/2 I have perused the order, dated 13.02.2024, and find that the same is in compliance of the directions contained in the order, dated 24.08.2022, passed in WP(c)4270/2022 and as such, there is no willful and deliberate violation of the Court's order by the respondent.

Accordingly, in view of the order, dated 13.02.2024, the instant contempt petition is hereby closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to assail the conclusions contained in the order, dated 13.02.2024, by way of preferring an appropriate application, if so advised.

The copy of the order, dated 13.02.2024, shall be kept as a part of the record and marked as 'X' for identification.
