13.03.2024 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) The appellant has preferred Writ Appeal No.355/2023 being aggrieved with the judgment & order dated 16.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.2428/2016 and WP(C) No.1651/2015. The delay in filing the Writ Appeal No.355/2023 has already been condoned. However, the delay in another writ appeal has not been condoned for which the present interlocutory application has been preferred on behalf of the applicant/appellant. Taking into consideration the fact that in another connected appeal, delay has already been condoned, we deem it appropriate to allow the present interlocutory application and condone the delay of 31 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Registry is directed to register the connected writ appeal and list the same for admission along with Writ Appeal No.355/2023 after 2(two) weeks. The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
