This is an application filed by the applicant to array the Opposite Party herein as the respondent No.7 in the accompanying writ petition.

¶2This Court has duly taken note of that the relief which has been sought for in the instant writ petition cannot be passed without impleading the Opposite Party as the Opposite Party herein is a necessary party. Accordingly, the Opposite Party herein is arrayed as the respondent No.7 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶4The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file the fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 3 (three) days from today and on the basis of the same and the instant order so passed, the Registry of this Court shall make necessary changes in the cause title and also update the same in the CIS.
