23.09.2024 Heard Mr. A. H. Alamgir, learned counsel for the applicant. This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to implead the OP viz., Dr. Umesh Phangcho as respondent No.2 in the connected contempt case on the ground that the said OP is the present incumbent in the office of the Director of Health Services, Assam and is responsible for implementation of the Court's Page No.# 2/2 order. Perused the statements made in the application as well as the representation dated 22.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner demanding compliance of the Court's order. Having regard to the statements made in the I.A., the prayer for impleadment stands allowed. The OP, Dr. Umesh Phangcho is hereby impleaded as respondent No.2 in the connected contempt case. The applicant/petitioner to file an amended cause title in the Contempt Case. Registry to list the matter thereafter for necessary orders. I.A. stands disposed of.
