Mr. S. Hoque, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this contempt petition is filed for wilful and deliberate violation of the Court's order dated

21.03.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 1925/2022. Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent submits that the Director of Elementary Education, Assam by considering the case of the petitioners and passing the reasoned order on 12.12.2022, has complied with the direction of this Court and therefore, the instant contempt petition may be closed. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the order dated 12.12.2022. Upon perusal of the same, it is seen that the order of this Court has been substantially complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved with the order that has been passed today, i.e.,
