¶2This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner Jisoya Hara @ Herey in Sessions Case No.60(NL)/2024 pending in the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. Page No.# 2/2

¶3The petitioner is facing trial in a case under Sections 417/376 of the Indian Penal Code.

¶4The victim is yet to be examined.

¶5Let the victim be examined. After that, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court again seeking bail.
