Hazorika, learned counsel for the respondent No.1. Mr. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the meantime has passed away. In view of the aforesaid, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, which is against the impugned eviction notice dated

15.07.2012 issued by the Circle Officer, Dispur, Guwahati. In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and accordingly this writ petition stands disposed of as being infructuous.
