15.07.2022 whereby the work of Bhubandhar FIS (Construction of Afflux Bund = 514.60M and Guide Band U/S & D/S, under AIBP of Silchar Division) issued in favour of the petitioner was cancelled. It is submitted by the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition the said cancellation order has been revoked by the respondents. Accordingly it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner that no surviving cause of action is there to pursue this writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed being infructuous.
