Rula Borah v. The State of Assam

ORDER Date : 12-09-2024 Heard Mr. S. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant Rula Borah and Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶2It is submitted that in the connected bail application being Bail Appln./2704/2024, inadvertently there was an error as Section 478 of the Page No.# 2/2 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS for short) has been mentioned instead of Section 483 of BNSS.

¶3The applicant has prayed for correction of the error and to type the same as Section 483 of BNSS in the connected Bail Appln./2704/2024 where it has been mentioned as Section 478 of BNSS.

¶4Prayer is allowed.

¶5In terms of the above observation, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
