¶2The instant contempt application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 04.03.2020 passed in I.A. (Civil) No. 726/2020 arising out of WP(C) No. 6576/2019.
¶3Mr. S.B. Prasad, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the said order passed by this Court, certain amounts have been duly paid. However, there are certain amounts which have not yet been paid.
