02.09.2024, lodged by the informant, Birendra Jain, resident of K. C. Sen Road, Guwahati, the petitioner, namely, Bhutto Binmirzan has filed this pre-arrest bail application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre-arrest bail in said non-registered FIR dated 02.09.2024. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction of the Inspector -cum-Officer-in-Charge of Latasil Police Station submitted that no case as such has been registered against the petitioner. In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner, named above, being without any merit stands dismissed. Copy of the communication of the Inspector -cum-Officer-in-Charge of Latasil Police Station dated 27.09.2024, placed before the Court today by Mr. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam be kept as part of the record.
