By this interlocutory application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicant has prayed for condoning delay of 136 days in preferring the connected MAC Appeal. Mr. Dutta has fairly submitted that he has no objection to the prayer of applicant. Having heard learned counsel for both sides and considering averments made in the application, prayer for condoation is hereby allowed.
