ORDER Date : 28-02-2024 Heard Mr. S Dutta learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.4. The present writ petition is filed with a prayer to issue writ of mandamus and any other writ directing the respondent authorities more particularly, the respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal dated

15.02.2023 preferred by the petitioner within a stipulated period of one month. The respondent authorities filed an affidavit and annexed the decision of the governing counsel of the respondent Tata Memorial Center whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been disposed of and by the aforesaid order, the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed. In that view of the matter, in the considered opinion of this Page No.# 3/3 court the prayer made in the writ petition has already been redressed. Accordingly this writ petition stands closed being infructuous. It is needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the appellate authority, he can very well challenge the same and avail the remedy available to him.
