Page No.# 2/2 It is alleged that the petitioner also snatched away an amount of Rs.6,200/- from the informant. The Case Diary reveals that the informant sustained simple injuries only. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel of both sides. The petitioner has already spent 57 days in judicial custody. Therefore, he no longer deserves to be detained in custody. Hence, the bail prayer of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that the petitioner, Ashad Ali, who was arrested in connection with Mangaldai P.S.
