Mr. D.Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case police has submitted charge sheet being Charge Sheet No.132/2024 dated 29.10.2024.

¶2I have heard Mr. A.K. Azad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

¶3Since police has filed charge sheet against the petitioner, he is adviced to approach the Page No.# 2/2 learned trial court for seeking regular bail. He shall appear before the learned trial court on 17th of December, 2024.

¶4Till that day only, the interim order granted earlier shall continue.
