¶1Heard Mr. K. P. Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3.

¶2The petitioner's case is that vide work orders dated 15.05.2020 & 26.06.2020 issued by the Assam Science and Technology University, the petitioner was awarded the work for preparation of concept documents for construction of University Campus-II. The said work was successfully completed and vide resolution adopted in the meeting dated 10.01.2022 by the University Authorities, it was decided that the architectural services provided by the petitioner would be paid at an approved rate of

2.25% of the total project cost, which was agreed to by the petitioner.

¶3The petitioner's grievance is that despite a bill for Rs. 7,51,414.56/- being submitted to the University Authorities, the payment for the same has not been made till date.

¶4Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 submits that as per instructions received by him, the bill amount of Rs. 7,51,414.56/- will be paid to Page No.# 3/3 the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶5In view of the above submission made by the counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Authorities to pay the petitioner the bill amount of Rs.7,51,414.56/-, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
