Judgment
ORDER Date : 18.09.2024
Heard Mr. I.H.Laskar, learned counsel for the applicants. Also Heard Mr. Page No.# 2/3 P.Borthakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicants have prayed for correction of the order dated 09.09.2024 passed in Bail Application No. 2110/2024. Mr. I.H.Laskar, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that inadvertently, a typographical error has been crept in the order, 09.09.2024, passed in Bail Application No. 2110/2024, wherein in the fifth line of the order, instead of 'Special NDPS Case No.06/2024', it has been wrongly typed as 'Special NDPS Case No.06/2020.' After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction as sought for by the applicants is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 09.09.2024, passed in Bail Application No. 2110/2024 is modified to the extent that in the said order, instead of 'Special NDPS Case No.06/2020.' the same shall be read as 'Special NDPS Case No.06/2024.' This order shall form part of the order, 09.09.2024, passed in Bail Application No. 2110/2024. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
