The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the case registered against the Nagoan P.S. Case No.859/2024 which is mistakenly typed as Nagoan P.S. Case No.559/2024 in the connected bail application. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of AB/2413/2024 under his signature. The same correction shall also be made in the copy of the bail application served on the learned APP. This Interlocutory applications stands disposed of.
