Mr. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is a typographical mistake has crept in the connected bail application, being BA No. 2414/2024. In the said bail application mention has been made of Nagaon PS. Case No. 559/2024, which is required to be struck off and substituted with Nagaon PS. Case No. 859/2024. The prayer is allowed, after hearing Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned APP for the State. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make the necessary correction of the Case Number in the connected AB No. 2414/2024 under his signature and thereafter, the said bail application shall be listed before the Court. This interlocutory application is disposed of.
