¶2Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam on instructions Page No.# 2/2 submits that in this case, charge sheet being C.S. No.638/2024 dated 29.09.2024 has been filed against the present petitioner.

¶3Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial for seeking regular bail.

¶4The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, if so advised. With the aforesaid direction, the application for bail stands closed and disposed of.
