¶2Under such circumstances, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in the instant proceedings for which the instant proceedings stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

¶3The interim order which was passed on 13.09.2023 stands vacated and the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Guwahati shall proceed with the adjudication of FC (Civil) No.539/2023 in accordance with law.

¶4The Registry shall intimate the learned Court Below about the instant order.
