Heard Ms. P. Das, learned counsel for the applicant. This I.A. has been filed by the applicant in connection with Tr.P.(C) No. 79/2024 seeking to rectify some typographical errors, which have crept in the transfer petition due to inadvertence. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to inadvertence, typographical mistake in the 2nd page of the transfer petition in the first line the word 'Nagaon' has been wrongly typed out instead of 'Jorhat'. Hence, she prays that the applicant may be allowed to correct the word 'Nagaon' by substituting the same with the word 'Jorhat' The prayer is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant has also submitted that in page 8 of the transfer petition in paragraph 2 at line 6, instead of the word "District Judge, Nagaon" the word "Family Court No. 3" should be inserted. The prayer is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant also submits that in page 5 of the transfer petition at paragraph 5 last line, the date "06-09-2024" has been inadvertently mentioned and instead of the said date, the date "06-11-2024" should be there. The prayer is allowed. Page No.# 3/3 The rectification mentioned hereinabove shall be done by the Registry and thereafter, list the transfer petition again on 23-09-2024. This I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
