Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs. 3,75,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.1,75,000/- has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The respondent No. 2/wife is directed to withdraw the said amount after proper verification and duly identification by her engaged counsel, if not withdrawn. The Oriental India Insurance Com. Ltd. is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 2,00,000/- to the respondent No. 2/wife in her savings account through NEFT. The respondent No.2 wife is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. Statutory deposit, if any, be returned back to the insurance company. In view of above, the appeal is disposed of. Send back the trial court record.
