06.11.2024 Heard Mr. H Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K K Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 24.09.2024 called for the case diary pertaining to North Guwahati Police Station Case No. 93/2022 registered under Sections 420/468/471 of Page No.# 2/2 the IPC, corresponding to GR Case No.1273(K)/2022 and in the interim, granted pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Jiaul Hoque, son of Abdul Mojid, resident of Garuchatka Pt.I, under Dhupdhara Police Station of District-Goalpara, which is in force till date, i.e.,

06.11.2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said North Guwahati P.S. Case No. 93/2022 vide charge-sheet No. 71/2024 dated 30.09.2024. 4) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail on or before 18.11.2024. 5) For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 24.09.2024 in said North Guwahati P.S. Case No. 93/2022 is extended up to 18.11.2024 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
