Mr. R. Mazumdar, learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf of the sole respondent and has opposed the application for condonation of delay by saying that the applicants have not sufficiently explained the delay in filing the connected writ appeal. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and after going through the contents of the interlocutory application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the connected appeal. Hence, the interlocutory application is allowed. The delay of 120 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned.
