ORDER

27.09.2024 Heard Ms. R. Saha, learned counsel for the applicant. This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to strike out the names of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the connected writ petition by contending that these two respondents have been inadvertently added in the writ petition although no relief is prayed against them. Mr. P. Hazarika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. R. Rabha, learned Standing Counsel, BTC authorities submits that he would have no objection if the prayer is allowed by this Court. In view of the above, by taking note of the statements made in the I.A., the prayer for striking off the names of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the connected writ petition is hereby allowed. The applicant/writ petitioner to file an amended cause title in the writ petition whereafter, the Registry shall do the needful. With the above observation, the I.A. stands disposed of.
