¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. S. Rana is present.

¶2Heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶3Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Charge-sheet has Page No.# 2/2 been laid against the petitioner being CS No. 182/2024 dated 30.07.2024.

¶4The petitioner is directed to approach the Jurisdictional Court within 15 days and apply for bail which may be considered by the Learned Court as per merits of the case.

¶5Matter stands closed.
