¶2By way of this application, the applicant is seeking correction of the Order dated 14.06.2024 passed in W.P.(C) no. 6126/2023 wherein in paragraph 8, the name of the 'Revenue & Disaster Management Department' has been inadvertently put twice and in the second part of the paragraph, the same ought to have been 'Finance Department' instead of 'Revenue & Disaster Management Department'. Page No.# 3/3

¶3I have heard the submissions made at the bar and perused the materials available on record.

¶4Paragraph 8 of the Order dated 14.06.2024 passed in W.P.(C) no. 6126/2023 has been reproduced hereunder for ready reference :- 'Needless to clarify that the Revenue & Disaster Management Department shall forward the proposal within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and the Revenue & Disaster Management thereafter shall proceed in accordance with law within a period of 45 days.'

¶5It appears that Revenue & Disaster Management Department has been inadvertently typed twice and in the second part of the said paragraph, instead of 'Revenue & Disaster Management Department', it ought to have been 'Finance Department'.

¶6Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the application is allowed and the second part of paragraph 8 of the Order dated 14.06.2024 passed in W.P.(C) no. 6126/2023 is corrected by mentioning the name of 'Finance Department, Government of Assam' to proceed in accordance with law within 45 days in the interest of justice.

¶7This order shall be read as a part of the Order dated 14.06.2024 passed in W.P.(C) no. 6126/2023. The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
