Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that Ranjit Kumar Laskar, ACS, the Chief Executive Officer, Hailakandi Page No.# 2/2 Zilla Parishad, Hailakandi, P.O. & District-Hailakandi, Pin-788151 and Mohsin Siddique, The Block Development Officer, Hailakandi Development Block, Hailakandi, P.O. & District-Hailakandi , Pin788151 should be impleaded as respondent nos.7 & 8 in the contempt petition. Ms. J. Bora, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the P&RD Department and A. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, 2, 3 & 4 submit that they have got no objection to the impleadment of the above persons. The prayer of the applicant's counsel is allowed. Accordingly, Ranjit Kumar Laskar, ACS, the Chief Executive Officer, Hailakandi Zilla Parishad, Hailakandi, P.O. & District-Hailakandi, Pin-788151 and Mohsin Siddique, The Block Development Officer, Hailakandi Development Block, Hailakandi, P.O. & District-Hailakandi , Pin788151 are impleaded as respondent nos.7 & 8. The applicant shall submit a corrected copy of the Cause Title to the Registry within a week. I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
