¶2Pursuant to the interim order granted in favour of the present petitioner, namely-Kahinur Hoque on 25.09.2024 in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No.296/2024, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with police investigation.

¶3Since the petitioner has co-operated with police investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. His pre-arrest bail application is allowed.

¶4The interim order grated in his favour by this Court is made absolute. The application for bail is disposed of.
