Smti. Bina Baishya and Anr v. The Registrar, Cotton University

This is an application filed by the applicant seeking impleadment of the Cotton University as a party to the instant proceedings taking into account that it is at the behest of the Cotton University that the impugned notice was issued.

¶2Taking into account the above, this Court is of the opinion that this is a fit case for impleading the Cotton University represented by its Registrar having its office at Panbazar, Guwahati, 781001 in the District of Kamrup, Assam has the respondent No. 4 to the accompanying petition.

¶3The petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within two days from today and the Registry shall on the basis of the said memo of parties as well as the instant order make necessary corrections in the cause title of the petition as well as update the same in the CIS.

¶4I.A. stands disposed of.
