Mr. J. Chutia, learned standing counsel, Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, has placed on record a copy of the order, dated 05.01.2024, issued by the in-charge, Additional Director of Education, Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, by which, the order of suspension issued against the petitioner on 03.07.2023, was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in her service with immediate effect subject to pending drawal of departmental proceeding.

In view of the issuance of the said order, dated 05.01.2024, this Court is of the considered view that there is nothing left to be adjudicated in the present proceeding as the order of suspension of the petitioner, herein, no longer exists.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order passed, if any, stands vacated.

The copy of the order, dated 05.01.2024, shall be kept as a part of the record and marked as 'X' for identification.
