ORDER Date : 25.09.2024
Mr. A. K. Bhuyan the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be well advised to raise all the issues before the Arbitral Tribunal rather than proceeding with the instant writ petition.

¶3Taking into account of above, the instant writ petition stands closed Page No.# 3/3 on withdrawal.
¶4It is made clear that the petitioner herein shall not be prejudiced on account of the withdrawal of the writ petition and the petitioner would be entitled to raise all such issues as available under the law before the Arbitral Tribunal including the question of jurisdiction as per Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
