ORDER Date : 15-03-2024 This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 5 (Five) days in preferring the accompanying appeal. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that taking into account that vide impugned judgment dated 14.08.2018 passed in Misc (G) Case No. 60/2016, the application under Section 9 of the Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890 filed by the grandfather of the minors Sri Raj Singh and Sri Rishabh Singh was rejected, the Appellant would not like to further pursue with the instant proceedings. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay stands closed on withdrawal and consequently, the Appeal filed against the impugned order cannot be entertained.
