The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused has thoroughly been interrogated by the investigating officer and co-operated with the investigation and has been in custody since 04.08.2024. It is seen that no person is named as accused in this case. The forwarding report of the petitioner reveals that the petitioner has been arrested only on suspicion and for the reason that on the date of occurrence, the accused was found to be roaming near the place of occurrence.
