Heard Ms. T. Rajkhowa, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile charge sheet has been laid vide charge sheet No. 120/2023 dated 28.09.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that by order dated

15.09.2023, the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court and as per direction of this Court the petitioners have cooperated in the investigation. Considering the submissions made by the petitioners that the petitioners have cooperated in the investigation, interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners, namely, 1. Rasidul Islam @ Sahidul Hoque, 2. Jahangir @ Muksidul Momin, and 3.Najmul Hoque by order dated 15.09.2023 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact. With above observation, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.
