Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet, being C.S. No. 107/2024 under Sections 127(2)/ 319(2)/69 BNS, 2023 has submitted by the police in connection with Patacharkuch P.S. Case No. 188/2024 Page No.# 2/2 under Sections 318(4)/ 127(2)/ 64 of BNS, 2023. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court and apply for bail, if so advised and in the event of filing such bail application, the same may be considered by the jurisdictional court in accordance with law. In terms of the above observation, this bail application stands disposed of. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has produced a W.T. Message dated
