¶1Heard Mr. S. Nawaz, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/2

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 03.10.2024 with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer of Mankachar P.S. Case No. 142/2024 and has co-operated in the investigation.

¶3On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of the BNSS has also been recorded.

¶4Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above-named petitioner, by order dated 03.10.2024 is hereby made absolute with the conditions attached to the said order remaining intact.

¶5This anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.
