Nur Mohammad Ali is seeking pre-arrest Page No.# 2/2 bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Norh Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 202/2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 759/2024, registered under Section 303(2) of the BNS, 2023 read with Sections 11(1)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 read with Section 13 (1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted final report in said Norh Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 202/2024 vide Final Report No.81/2024 dated

31.07.2024. 4) In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner, being infructuous stands rejected.
