2024 Heard Mr. B.D. Konwar, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. P. Doley, learned cousnel for the petitioner and Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent. Also heard Mr. N. Milli, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. It is submitted by Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that charge sheet vide C.S. No. 06/24, dated 31.01.2024 has already been submitted in connection with Ghograpar P.S. Case No. 204/2023 under Section 376(1) IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. In view of the above, this bail application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the jurisdictional court with an appropriate application seeking bail and in the event of filing such application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
