ORDER Date : 08-01-2024 Heard Ms. M. Dev, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Ms. L. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited and Ms. P. Huzuri, learned counsel appearing for New India Insurance Company. The connected MAC Appeal No. 539/2022 is admitted for hearing by this Court. Therefore, the applicant seeks a direction asking Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited to deposit 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court. Ms. Sarma, the learned counsel submits that the Insurance Company will deposit 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court. Therefore, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. is directed to deposit 50% of the awarded amount in respect of MAC Case No. 108/2014 relating to MAC Appeal No. 539/2022 in the Registry of this Page No.# 3/3 Court within next 4(four) weeks. After deposit of the said 50% of the awarded amount, the said amount shall be disbursed in favour of all the claimants equally without any riders. In view of the above, I.A. stands disposed of.
