30.08.2023. In the application filed by the applicants/claimants, it is averred that the appellant/opposite party i.e., the United India Insurance Co. Ltd. has deposited 50% of the awarded amount in compliance to the order dated 30.08.2023 passed by this Court. The Registry shall accordingly disbursed the 50% of the awarded amount, which has been deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company to the claimant/opposite party after proper identification by the learned counsel for the applicants/opposite and on execution of proper receipt.
