12.11.2024 Heard Mr. MU Mondal, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. RR Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This is an application filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for granting regular bail to the petitioners, namely, Azima Khatun and Jarip Ali, who were arrested on 31.08.2024 in connection with South Salmara PS case No. 163/2024 under Section 126(2)/127(2)/117(2)/118(2)/109/3(5) of BNS.
