ORDER 12-11-2024 Heard Mr. V Rajkhowa, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 08.10.2024 called for the case diary pertaining to Kazigaon Police Station Case No. 38/2024 registered under Sections 196/299/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 7 of the Page No.# 2/2 Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act read with Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act and in the interim, granted pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Sri C. Lalremsanga, son of Sri C. Remsiama, resident of 194, Serkawn, Town-Lunglei, P.O.- Zotlang, District-Lunglei, Mizoram, which is in force till date, i.e., 12.11.2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Kazigaon Police Station Case No. 38/2024 vide charge-sheet No. 47/2024 dated 31.10.2024. 4) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail on or before 26.11.2024. 5) For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on

08.10.2024 in said Kazigaon Police Station Case No. 38/2024 is extended up to

26.11.2024 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
