Mr. J Abedin, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw the instant writ petition. He, however, submits that withdrawal of the writ petition should not prejudice the writ petitioner to seek the other reliefs which were not the subject matter of the instant writ petition. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. Page No.# 3/3 It is made clear that the withdrawal of the writ petition shall not prejudice the petitioner to claim the other reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled to, in law, and is not the subject matter of the instant writ proceeding. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
