12.02.2024 o Heard the learned counsel Mr. U. Das appearing for the petitioner. Also heard the learned counsel Mr. K.K. Goswami, learned counsel Page No.# 2/2 representing the sole respondent. This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure prying for transfer of F.C.(Civil) Case No.842/2023, pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Kamrup(Metropolitan), Guwahati to the court of learned District Judge, Bongaigaon. The learned counsel for the sole respondent Mr. Goswami submits that he has no objection if the case is transferred to the court of learned District Judge, Bongaigaon. It is hereby directed that the F.C.(Civil) Case No.842/2023, pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Kamrup(Metropolitan), Guwahati shall be transferred to the court of learned District Judge, Bongaigaon. The transfer petition stands disposed of. The parties are directed to appear before the court of learned District Judge, Bongaigaon on 06.03.2024 for receiving further order(s).
