22/10/2024 Heard Mr. H R A Choudhury, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. G Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent. Page No.# 2/2 On specific instruction received from the authorities in the Hojai Police Station that as of now no such police case has been registered in Hojai Police Station against the petitioner on the basis of the written complaint submitted by his wife, Tabassum Akhtar. In view of such submission of Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam and on instruction of the authorities in the Hojai Police Station, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner, being not maintainable stands rejected.
