Heard Mr. B. J. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. R. Devi, learned CGC appearing for the respondents. The petitioner in the present proceeding has raised a grievance with regard to the non consideration of his case for transfer and posting on the ground of spouse posting. During the pendency of the present proceeding, the petitioner was considered for his transfer and posting and he has been transferred under the exercise carried out under ATC-2024 and posted to 51st Battalion SSB, which is situated at Sitamari, Bihar. Accordingly, it is seen that the grievance of the petitioner in the present proceeding has been redressed by the respondent authorities and consequently, no further live issue arises for adjudication in the present proceeding.
